Tasting Note

A beautiful example of dry Riesling, this wine displays bold aromas of green tea, aniseed, green apple, fresh gooseberries and pineapple. The palate is bright and pure, with notes of green apple and green pear, lifted by refreshing acidity and minerality, typical of this site's slate soils.
