The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Tanbark Hill Vineyard is a medium- to full-bodied wine showing layered aromas of mountain-grown fruit, framed by subtle notes of sage and bay leaf over a core of cassis, blueberry, and raspberry. On the palate, it is structured by fine, grainy tannins that provide impressive support, while vibrant acidity carries through to a long, mouthwatering finish. Although considered Togni’s more approachable, earlier-drinking Cabernet, it possesses the balance and depth to evolve effortlessly for the next two decades.
