Tasting Note

Pale gold in colour, the nose is precise and restrained, showing lemon peel, green apple and white blossom layered with wet stone, sea spray and a delicate herbal edge. Beneath its cool, mineral profile lies impressive depth and quiet intensity. The palate is taut and chiselled, driven by crisp acidity, citrus and orchard fruit, while lees ageing adds subtle texture without softening its linear, saline core. Long, stony and finely persistent, this is a classical, terroir-driven Chablis with striking purity, youthful tension and the structure to evolve beautifully over the next decade.
