Tasting Note

With the palest of pink hues our Sussex Rosé is elegant, refreshing and very moreish. A classic Provençal-style rosé, it delivers a fresh crisp minerally palate with delicate and inviting aromas of red summer fruits – notably red and white cherries and wild strawberries. As ever, this wine is perfect for sipping or food matching. We recommend to drink chilled at around 6 – 8°C
