Tasting Note

Pale straw with steely yellow hues, lifted by a fine, persistent stream of tiny bubbles and a beautifully creamy mousse. The nose is fresh and elegant, revealing crisp apple, bright citrus, delicate white flowers and a hint of marzipan.
