Tasting Note

Mineral-driven aromas of lemon peel, lime sherbet, flint, struck match and chalk. The palate is textural with a creamy mouth-feel and focused acidity, giving notes of grapefruit pith, green apple and orange blossom. Very tense and tightly wound with generous, underlying power.
