The 2017 Cabernet Bosché is a powerhouse of dark fruit, leading with intense aromas of blackberry jam, cassis, and blueberry pie layered over savoury notes of graphite, cedar, and clove. On the palate, it’s exceptionally concentrated and velvety, offering deep flavours of black cherry and dark chocolate balanced by an earthy Rutherford dust minerality. The structure is defined by firm, grainy tannins and a hint of warm oak spice, finishing with a long, sophisticated trail of sandalwood and black pepper
