Tasting Note

Deep cherry red with vibrant ruby reflections, this wine opens with an intense and layered bouquet of blackberries, rockrose, rosemary and cedar, evolving into notes of ripe blueberries, refreshing menthol and a hint of dark chocolate mint. The palate is broad, rich and complex, offering concentrated black fruit flavours intertwined with rockrose, oregano and liquorice. Ripe, velvety tannins provide excellent structure and a smooth, fluid texture, leading to a long, deep and persistent finish with remarkable balance and elegance.
