Tasting Note

The ÀN 2021 is intensely aromatic and layered, combining ripe damson and blackberry with violets, leather, smoke and finely judged spice. The palate is rich and concentrated, with a broad, mouthfilling texture supported by supple yet purposeful tannins and vibrant freshness. Dark fruit gradually gives way to balsamic, savoury and lightly smoky nuances, while well-integrated French oak adds depth and complexity without overwhelming the distinctive character of Callet. Powerful yet refined, with impressive length, balance and persistence, this is a serious, age-worthy expression of Mallorca.
