Tasting Note

Made with 100% Merlot, the Castello dei Rampolla 2021 Liù has notes of dried herbs and spice that frame a dark core of fruit. Although rich in appearance, the wine is elegantly slender and polished on the palate, with peppery notes to finish. A pretty, structural softness speaks to the spirit of the variety and the sunny brilliance of Panzano in Chianti.
