Tasting Note

Bright ruby-red with violet highlights, it offers expressive aromas of fresh blackberry, cassis and red cherry layered with cracked black pepper, subtle smoke, woodland herbs and floral hints. The palate is silky and vibrant, balancing juicy dark and red berry fruit with fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and the savoury minerality characteristic of Jamet's schist terroirs. Fresh, elegant and beautifully poised, it finishes with lingering notes of spice, black pepper and a refreshing touch of mint, making it an excellent introduction to the distinctive style of Domaine Jamet.
