Tasting Note

White flowers and peaches, with green citrus and apple skin aromas. The palate has a textural slickness, a thick-skinned viscosity, refreshed by upbeat lemon and lime zest. The finish is salty, with a popcorn tang. Characterful and with ageing potential.
